4oz bags approx 35-35 cups of tea ( as long as you use pots )
DIRECTIONS : Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 teaspoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 5 min ( please note, herbal teas use tablespoons and are steeped longer)
